Creating duplicate, linked, or otherwise associated Accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, valid Indonesian national ID (KTP) number, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. 3.3 KYC Verification. ceri12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to:

3.5 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. ceri12 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to protect your login details.
3.6 You must notify ceri12 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on ceri12 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. ceri12 accepts deposits through the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are generally credited instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on the method and time of transfer.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. ceri12 aims to process withdrawal requests within 2–6 hours during standard business hours (09:00–17:00 WIB, Monday to Friday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day. ceri12 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times, as delays may result from third-party banking systems or required security checks.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
4.5 Fees. ceri12 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. Standard banking fees imposed by your financial institution are beyond our control and are borne by the Player.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be considered dormant. ceri12 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to the balance of a dormant Account after the 12-month period, provided the Player has been given 30 days' prior written notice by email.
5.1 ceri12 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, free bets, and other incentives to new and existing Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions a nd the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. For example, a Bonus Fund credit of Rp 100.000 requires a total betting turnover of Rp 1.000.000 before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Sports Betting. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet placement and confirmed by the system are the odds that apply to that wager. This includes football markets for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League, as well as Asian Handicap (voor bola — a handicap betting format widely used across Southeast Asia), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), and Over/Under markets.
6.3 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time at ceri12's discretion, particularly during interruptions to the relevant event. ceri12 is not liable for delays or errors in live data feeds from third-party providers.
6.4 Lottery Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by official draw outcomes from the relevant issuing authority. ceri12 publishes results as provided by third-party data providers and accepts no liability for discrepancies arising from data provider errors.
6.5 Casino Games. All casino and slot games on ceri12 are supplied by internationally licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Game rules and RTP rates are governed by the respective studio's certified game specifications. ceri12 does not modify the RNG outcomes of any third-party game.
6.6 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or wager, ceri12 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Any winnings generated from a clearly erroneous payout (such as a software glitch displaying incorrect odds) will be voided.
6.7 Maximum Payout. The maximum single-event payout per Player is subject to limits set by the relevant game or market. ceri12 reserves the right to impose payout caps on any market at its sole discretion.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ceri12 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

12.1 ceri12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, if:
